Terms of use

1. General

These terms govern the use of thermoform.pl. The service provider is THERMOFORM Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa, ul. gen. Wł. Sikorskiego 37, 87-300 Brodnica, KRS 0000443450, VAT ID PL 8771476495 (hereinafter: Thermoform). Contact: info@thermoform.pl, phone +48 56 474 82 44.

The website is intended mainly for businesses. Using it is free of charge and requires no user account.

2. Services

• information about Thermoform and downloads of published documents;
• enquiry form with upload of drawings and 3D models;
• contact form and call-back request;
• client area — access to quotations and documents via a link sent by e-mail;
• job applications via the form in the Careers section.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet-enabled device, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and essential cookies enabled, and an e-mail address. An enquiry may include up to 5 files of 20 MB each (step, stp, igs, iges, pdf, dwg, dxf, zip, jpg, jpeg, png); applications: CV as pdf, doc, docx up to 5 MB.

4. Conclusion and termination

The agreement for a service is concluded when you start using it (e.g. by submitting a form) and ends when the service has been provided. You can end access to the client area at any time by writing to info@thermoform.pl.

An enquiry is not an order. A Thermoform quotation becomes binding only once sent and accepted; deliveries are made under a separate contract or general terms of delivery.

5. Rules of use and confidentiality

Unlawful content, files containing malware and actions disrupting the website are prohibited. By uploading drawings you confirm that you are entitled to share them for the purpose of a quotation.

Thermoform treats drawings and documentation as confidential: they are stored outside the public part of the server, only people preparing the quotation have access, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.

6. Complaints

Complaints about the website can be sent to info@thermoform.pl or in writing to the registered office, with a description of the problem. We reply within 14 days.

7. Liability

Thermoform takes care that the website works without interruption but may schedule technical breaks for maintenance and development. The content of the website is for information only and is not a binding offer.

8. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

These terms are available free of charge on the website and can be saved or printed. Thermoform may amend them for important reasons (e.g. changes in law or services); amendments apply from publication and not to services already started. Polish law applies. Disputes with businesses are settled by the court competent for Thermoform's registered office; mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
